ABOUT TADALAFIL GUMMIES
What is tadalafil?
Tadalafil relaxes blood vessels and lowers blood pressure, thereby increasing blood flow within the body.
Tadalafil is also sold under the brand name of Cialis. Both generic tadalafil and Cialis are used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy (BPH), an enlarged prostate gland. Tadalafil helps to relieve symptoms of BPH such as difficulty in beginning the flow of urine, weak stream, and the need to urinate frequently or urgently (including during the middle of the night). Tadalafil is thought to work by relaxing the smooth muscle in the prostate and bladder. Tadalafil exists in other brand name medications, one of which is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension and improve exercise capacity in men and women.
Do not take tadalafil if you are also People with cardiac issues who use any nitrate drug, including nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, and recreational drugs such as alkyl nitrites (a/k/a poppers). Taking tadalafil with nitrate medicine can cause a sudden and dangerous decrease in blood pressure.
Other medicines can also interact with tadalafil and cause unwanted effects. Give your doctor a list of all your current medicines, especially any medicine used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Other medicines that can interact with tadalafil and cause unwanted effects include medicines to treat erectile dysfunction; antibiotics or antifungal medicines; antiviral medicines to treat hepatitis C or HIV/AIDS; drugs to treat high blood pressure or a prostate disorder; and seizure medicines.
This is not a complete list of drugs that may interact with tadalafil. Other drugs may interact with tadalafil, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products. Give your doctor a list of all your current prescription and over-the-counter medicines, as well as vitamins and herbal supplements so that your doctor can make an informed decision as to whether tadalafil is the right treatment and safe for you.

Our proprietary compounded formulas include tadalafil in 3 different dosages in a gummy form. Numerous studies have demonstrated that gummies have higher bioavailability than tablets or capsules. Gummies are more easily absorbed by the body, and Peaks Curative’s gummies taste great. All this means that Peaks Curative’s tadalafil gummies will work faster and have more of an effect per mg than if the same dose were taken in a tablet or capsule form.
How should I take tadalafil?
Follow all directions on your prescription label. Do not take this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
Tadalafil can be taken with or without food.
For erectile dysfunction, take tadalafil just before sexual activity but not more than once per day. It can be used up to 36 hours before sexual activity. Tadalafil can help achieve an erection when sexual stimulation occurs. An erection will not occur just by taking a gummy. Follow your doctor's instructions.
What happens if I miss a dose?
If you take a higher dose of Peak Curative gummies on an as needed basis, you are not likely to be on a dosing schedule.
If you take Peaks Curative gummies every day and you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. Skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next scheduled dose. Do not take an extra gummy to make up the missed dose.
